St Vincent’s Hospice Limited is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead our donor portfolio, including donations, appeals, regular giving, in‑memory fundraising and our lottery relationship. The role emphasizes compassionate communication and building sustainable income.

You will collaborate with fundraising, communications, finance and clinical colleagues to develop engaging campaigns, demonstrate impact, and continually improve supporter experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in building and delivering fundraising campaigns.
• Ability to develop donor journeys and supporter communications.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling to convey impact.

Aufgaben

• Lead the individual giving portfolio including donations, appeals, regular giving, in-memory fundraising, legacies and lottery relationships.
• Develop engaging campaigns and supporter journeys that welcome new donors and retain existing supporters.
• Explain impact clearly and sensitively, using data and feedback to improve future activity.
