Job description

This is a permanent, full-time vacancy that will close in 18 days at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Individual Giving Manager – 37.5 hours per week

Starting salary £41,750 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £47,236 on a competency-based framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, developing, and implementing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage individual donors.
  • Driving growth in individual giving through digital channels, online campaigns, social media fundraising, and email marketing.
  • Leading projects.
  • Analyzing fundraising data to track performance and identify trends.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in fundraising, with a focus on digital fundraising.
  • Understanding of supporter/customer engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of the charity sector and fundraising regulations.
