A well-established charity is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to join their Fundraising team. This pivotal role focuses on growing income from individual supporters and developing donor journeys across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of individual giving campaigns to achieve income targets
• Manage appeals, regular giving, and digital fundraising activities
• Create and optimise donor journeys to improve retention and engagement
• Line manage one Individual Giving Officer, supporting their development and performance
• Collaborate with the wider Fundraising and Communications team for consistent messaging and brand alignment
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Manage the individual giving budget, ensuring effective resource allocation

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven success in delivering multi-channel individual giving campaigns
• Experience with direct marketing, digital fundraising, and regular giving programs
• Ability to develop supporter journeys that drive engagement and maximize lifetime value
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
• Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing or supervising fundraising staff
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
