Job summary

EY UK’s Indirect Tax Transformation team in London is looking for a data services professional to help clients with VAT transformation, data analytics, and automation projects using Microsoft tech stack including Power Platform, Azure Databricks, and Python.

You will work with multinational clients, collaborate with EY’s global network, and contribute to data-driven tax solutions with a focus on analytics, AI journeys, and governance of data, controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience running data analytics and/or bespoke automation projects, preferably for tax or finance use cases.
• Experience supporting and/or leading process automation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design & documentation, solution build & review
• Demonstrate a practical mindset with the capability to identify solutions for complex problems independently
• Ability to translate complex requirements to technology specialists and business analysts
• Experience of at least 1 of the following technologies/languages: Python Pandas, Azure Databricks, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerAutomate & PowerBI)
• Experience solving business issues using one of the above technologies
