Job summary

PwC is seeking a curious and enthusiastic candidate to join the Data and AI sub-team within the Tax Technology and Transformation group. You will help clients transform their tax functions by designing and deploying innovative tech solutions across tax and finance domains.

The role involves leading workshops, translating challenges into technology, and managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with client-facing pitches and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing tax and/or finance technology using AI, data analytics or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of accounting and at least one area of tax.
• Keen interest in technology, including emerging AI developments and learning new tools.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience working with clients to understand needs and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing data, automation and AI-enabled solutions that help clients improve how they manage tax.
• Leading or supporting discovery and requirements-gathering workshops.
• Translating tax and finance challenges into technology solutions.
• Overseeing solution design, development, testing and deployment.
• Managing multidisciplinary teams of tax, data and technology specialists.
• Leading proposals, demonstrations and client pitches.
