EY Tax is a market leader delivering tax technology transformation across multiple jurisdictions. We seek a senior leader to drive large-scale tax engine and ERP transformation programmes, shaping strategy, architecture, and governance while guiding global implementations.

You will manage complex client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor senior consultants, with a focus on delivering high-impact, scalable tax solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of indirect tax determination and tax data controls.
• Significant experience leading complex tax engine/ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven track record managing multiple project teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with ONESOURCE Indirect Tax, Vertex, Avalara or similar solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale tax engine and indirect tax transformation programmes from strategy through implementation and operation.
• Define engagement approach, governance, and project roadmap.
• Act as primary trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across Tax, Finance and Technology.
• Oversee architecture discussions covering tax engines, integrations, data, and downstream compliance.
• Advise on ERP-native tax functionality vs third-party tax engines or hybrid setups.
• Oversee global tax determination design including registrations, taxability, and product classification.
• Manage programme risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead client proposals, market initiatives, and go-to-market efforts.
• Build relationships with tax tech providers, ERP vendors, and system integrators.
