Job summary

EY's Tax Technology and Transformation team in London is seeking a Senior Consultant to build data and AI solutions for tax clients, delivering data pipelines, models and AI use cases under senior guidance.

You will transform complex tax datasets, contribute to design, testing and documentation, and collaborate with client teams and EY colleagues while staying current with AI and data technologies.

Qualifications

• Two to five years' experience delivering data, analytics or AI work.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience with AI/LLM tools and analytics platforms (Power BI or Alteryx).
• Experience with low-code tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Degree in a numerate, computing, engineering or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and data solutions for financial services tax clients.
• Analyse and transform complex, often unstructured tax datasets into AI-ready data.
• Contribute to solution design, testing, documentation and QA.
• Engage directly with client teams and EY colleagues.
• Supervise and support analysts and interns.
• Stay current with developments in AI, data engineering and tax technology.
