Alexander Lloyd is supporting a global brand based in Brighton by hiring an Indirect Sourcing Lead. This role will drive strategic procurement initiatives across indirect categories, with a key focus on marketing. The position is critical for delivering savings, improving supplier performance, and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing and other indirect categories.
2. Lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier selection.
3. Uncover and deliver cost-saving opportunities.
4. Analyse spend data and ensure compliance with procurement and ESG standards.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to manage sourcing projects from end to end.

What You Bring:

1. 3+ years of indirect sourcing experience, ideally with marketing procurement.
2. Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
3. Track record of driving savings and managing supplier relationships.
4. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
5. Results-driven, proactive, and organized.
