Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is looking for a Buyer to support its indirect procurement function across multiple spend categories from Wolverhampton. You will work with stakeholders and suppliers on sourcing, onboarding, contract administration and ES&G compliance, aiming to reduce tail spend and improve efficiency.

The role offers hybrid working with 3 days in the Wolverhampton office, development of procurement skills and a pathway to progress within the Indirect Procurement team.

Qualifications

• Interest in procurement and supply chain with желание to develop professionally.
• CIPS Level 3/4 qualification or working towards CIPS is desirable.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain preferred but not essential.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication; able to work with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day purchasing across indirect spend and manage shared mailbox.
• Lead sourcing exercises: RFQs, supplier comparisons and cost analysis.
• Deliver cost reductions against annual plan and targets.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance documents and SRM activities.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts using templated terms and conditions.
• Support ESG compliance and use of AI tools to improve procurement efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory and process compliance across the business.
