Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and cost optimization skills.
• Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate alternative suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery terms.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.
• Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and global supply chain dynamics to inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand product demand and sourcing requirements.
• Work with logistics, warehouse, finance, and data teams to streamline supply chain operations.
• Maintain records of suppliers, purchase orders, and sourcing analytics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Plan and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing performance, cost savings, and supplier performance.
