Butler Ross is seeking an Indirect Buyer in Oxford to own procurement activities and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers. You will focus on indirect procurement, PO management, and contract administration in a growing organisation.

The role offers hybrid working with up to two days per week from home and a salary up to £45k, with the chance to develop procurement processes and drive continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, with hands-on approach and ownership of projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ERP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Source and evaluate suppliers to support R&D, product engineering, servicing and indirect procurement.
• Manage full purchasing lifecycle from quotations to PO, monitor open orders and expediting deliveries.
• Lead or support supplier negotiations, identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to supplier performance reviews.
• Identify and mitigate supplier, availability, obsolescence and delivery risks with cross-functional teams.
• Support development of procurement processes and ensure compliance with policies.
