Job summary

Indirect Procurement Business Partner

Salary: upto 60k + benefits

Location: Oxford - 3 days per week in office

Are you an ambitious procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment? We're looking for a professional with indirect Procurement experience for a Indirect Procurement Business Partner (Corporate/Professional services category) role to join delivering commercial excellence across a world-class engineering organisation.

What you'll be doing:

• Working closely with the senior manager - Leading and supporting with indirect procurement activity across multiple spend categories within the indirect space (Corporate/Professional services category (HR, Marketing and other indirect corporate services).
• Negotiating and managing supplier contracts to maximise value and performance.
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver commercially effective solutions.
• Using data and insights to identify opportunities, measure savings and support informed decision-making.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in indirect procurement or indirect buying.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and commercial contracts.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
