Job summary

1st Executive is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager in Oxfordshire, with a salary up to £70K plus benefits. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and offers a permanent, full-time position.

• Experience in indirect procurement.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect procurement activity across multiple spend categories.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reduce cost, improve supplier performance and manage risk.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to maximise value.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver commercially effective solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes and supplier performance.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities, measure savings and support informed decision-making.
