Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking an Indirect Contracting Team Leader to guide end-to-end management of indirect contracts across PDx International. You will lead a team of contract specialists ensuring coverage, renewal on time, and compliance with laws and GE HealthCare policies.

You will partner with Commercial, Compliance, Legal and Finance to optimize governance, standard work, and risk remediation while driving lean improvements across the contracting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in contract drafting and management, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional contracting teams and governance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define KPIs and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of indirect customer contracts for distributor, wholesaler and sales representative networks.
• Coach and develop a team of contract specialists, ensuring high-quality execution and governance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies and contract templates and lead risk remediation.
