Job summary

Engage Technical Solutions Ltd is seeking a Trustee Director to join the Trust Board of Engage Technical Solutions Trustee Limited. You will provide strategic oversight, independent judgement and constructive challenge to ensure governance and long-term value for employee beneficiaries. Initial term is three years, renewable.

Approximately four board meetings per year, all meetings held virtually. The annual fee is £7,500, payable monthly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a non-exec director, trustee or board member.
• Ability to analyse complex information, assess risk and exercise sound judgement.
• Excellent communication, relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent judgement and challenge to the Trust Board.
• Promote governance standards, integrity and accountability.
• Review financial and commercial information, assess risks and seek assurance.
• Consider proposals on performance, sustainability, growth, investments and acquisitions.
• Work with the Operating Board, leadership team and advisers.
• Participate in induction, development and annual appraisals.
