Are you an experienced Independent Social Worker looking for a new opportunity with flexibility, excellent pay, and genuine support? We’re currently looking for passionate, self-employed social workers to support families across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Wiltshire, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire, and Swindon.

Whether you prefer working remotely or being part of our close-knit team in the CCS Bristol office, we’re here to support you. You’ll work independently, but our experienced team is on hand to provide supervision, admin support, and regular opportunities for training and development. The Role

• Stage 1 and/or Stage 2 Adoption Assessments
• Family Finding
• Supporting and Making Placements

About You

To join us, you’ll need:

• Registration with Social Work England
• A minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience (ideally in adoption or fostering)
• An Enhanced DBS
• A passion for making a difference in the lives of children and families
