Responsibilities

• Chair a range of essential meetings including Child Looked After Reviews, Adoption Reviews, Pathway Plan Reviews, and Supervision Order Reviews.
• Engage in Disruption Meetings to help provide clarity and support on cases requiring additional scrutiny.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all statutory responsibilities are met and to maintain the highest standards of care for children.
• Advocate for the best interests of the child in every meeting and decision.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to support decision-making and track progress.
