Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd in Stanmore, Middlesex, is seeking an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join an established team. You will handle Residential and BTL mortgage cases and protection business, with opportunities to write Commercial Mortgage, Bridging Finance and Development Finance.

Qualifications

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Residential and buy-to-let mortgage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Client service focused with team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Manage warm leads and convert them into new mortgage business.
• Coordinate with admin/compliance teams to process cases.
• Meet clients in Stanmore office and via meetings as needed.
• Support career development into commercial lending areas.
