Job summary

Your Mortgage Recruiter Ltd is hiring two Mortgage and Protection Advisors to join an established team in North Surrey. The role offers a hybrid working pattern: three days in the office and two days from home, with no Saturday work.

You will provide unbiased mortgage and protection advice across the market, with warm leads and admin support to help you meet clients and close cases. The successful candidates will have mortgage advising experience (ideally in the independent market) and hold

Qualifications

• Mortgage advising experience essential (preferably independent market).
• Must hold CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Excellent English communication; strong organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent mortgage and protection advice from whole of the market.
• Work with warm client leads provided by the company; no need for your own client base.
• Receive administration support to manage cases and liaise with lenders, solicitors, and agents until completion.
• Operate within a professional and supportive team in a hybrid office environment.
