Lifeways at The Sidings, Accrington, is hiring a Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health needs live more independently and confidently. This full-time role involves shifts from 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with a focus on person-centred daily living support.

You’ll work within a supportive team, promote wellbeing, accompany people to appointments and social activities, and keep accurate records and care plans.
