Job summary

Seco Support Limited is seeking Support Workers to join Hailey’s team in Newcastle. We offer full-time, part-time and bank positions with induction and ongoing paid training. Responsibilities

• Encourage independence in daily living and community activities.
• Support with education, attendance, and chosen activities.
• Assist with household tasks—cleaning, cooking, laundry, minor repairs.
• Participate in assessments and contribute to person-centred plans.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety regulations.
• Record changes in health or behaviour and assist in emergencies.
• Liaise with family, advocates and professionals as required.
• Support house administration and training activities.
