Job summary

Nurture Support is seeking Experienced Support Workers to join our team across Knowsley, Runcorn and Warrington. This full-time, permanent role pays £15.50 per hour for 38.5 hours weekly, with day and night shifts.

You will support adults with complex needs to live as independently as possible at home, with full training provided and a strong emphasis on dignity, empathy and person-centered care. Great benefits and opportunities are offered.

• Encouraging independence in daily routines and life skills.
• Supporting personal care, wellbeing, and emotional support.

• Building trusting, positive relationships with the people you support.
• Keeping clear records and working closely with your team.
• Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
