Job summary

We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is hiring a Home Support Assistant to help adults live independently in their own homes in the Sandwell area. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver person-centred care and support daily living skills.

The role includes personal care, meal preparation, medication administration and mobility support. Driving licence and vehicle access are preferred; shifts include evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
• Experience supporting adults with disabilities or health needs is beneficial.
• Commitment to person-centred, independent living.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care, mobility and daily routines.
• Assist with meal preparation and shopping as required.
• Administer or supervise medications as directed.
• Support clients to follow mobility and exercise plans.
• Maintain accurate care records and contribute to care plans.
