A leading housing provider in Liverpool is seeking an Intensive Housing Management Officer to deliver high-quality services to tenants in Sheltered Housing. The role includes engaging with residents, managing housing issues, and providing support through various community events and resources. Candidates should have a strong background in tenancy management and excellent communication skills, as well as a full UK driving license.

The role
The purpose of this job is to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to the tenants in Sheltered Housing schemes as directed by the Neighbourhood and Communities Team Leader (Sheltered & Supported).
You will bring a positive approach to your role, engaging with our customers in a caring and understanding way, ensuring that customers receive the best services possible. You will support with community events, signposting to other agencies, support with day-to-day queries, deal with Housing Management, ASB and Lettings.
