Radius Housing seeks a Scheme Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of its schemes in the Portadown Area. The role involves assisting tenants to live independently, coordinating on-site services and liaising with external agencies as needed.

The post supports social events, housing plans and ensures a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents. Closing date 16 November 2026; permanent/fixed-term opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience (in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity.
• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C) to include English and Maths or equivalent.
• AND A minimum of 2 years relevant experience(in the last 6 years) in a paid or unpaid capacity.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of the housing schemes to support tenants living independently.
• Provide liaison with statutory or voluntary agencies when needed and assist in emergency situations.
• Coordinate social events and develop individual housing support plans with tenants.
• Ensure the on-site environment is safe, clean and well maintained.
