Ceredigion County Council Direct Payment Support Service is seeking a friendly, reliable Personal Assistant to support me with day-to-day life at home and in the community in Cardigan. Getting to know how I like to do things and what matters to me is important.

The role involves practical help with everyday tasks, shopping, meals, keeping the home clean and organised, and helping me stay as independent as possible. It is a part-time, on-site post working 6 hours per week at £15 per hour.

Responsabilidades

• Helping with everyday tasks around the home.
• Supporting me with shopping, errands, and meal preparation.
• Helping to keep the home clean and organised.
• Supporting me to get out and about in the community and attend activities.
• Helping me manage correspondence, including letters and emails.
• Helping me organise and prioritise tasks.
• Providing gentle prompts and encouragement to help me stay focused and complete tasks.
• Breaking larger tasks into manageable steps when needed.
• Helping me access and enjoy activities that are important to me.
• Building a positive and trusting working relationship with me.
