Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a commercially minded financial planner to join its close-knit, owner‑managed firm in the UK. You will manage an established client portfolio and deliver long‑term planning across pensions, retirement, investments, drawdown and cashflow.

With strong admin and paraplanning support, you won’t work in isolation. There is a clear path to increasing your basic salary as AUM grows, plus an uncapped bonus (around £15,000 in year one) and proven

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience as a financial planner.
• Experience with pensions, retirement planning, investments, drawdown and cashflow planning.
• Ambitious and commercially minded with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for an established portfolio of clients.
• Provide long-term financial planning across pensions, retirement, investments, drawdown and cashflow.
• Contribute to and potentially mentor less experienced colleagues as the team grows.
