Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a proactive financial planner to join its growing regional operation. You will inherit clients and income from an established book and build a substantially larger advisory practice alongside an experienced team.

Based in Peterborough with onboarding in Northampton, the role requires strong relationship-building with accountancy partners, ambitious business development, and a drive to work independently while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• At least three years' post-CCAS advice experience.
• Chartered status or working towards it.
• Commercially ambitious with a self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with accountancy partners and clients.
• Develop referral flow and grow a financial planning business.
• Spend time meeting clients and onboarding at partner sites.
