Job summary

Exchange Street Claims ltd's financial planning arm invites a confident adviser to join an established accountancy business. You’ll inherit clients, including around £100,000 of ongoing income, and manage assets likely between £15m and £20m as the client bank is finalised.

The role emphasizes building relationships with accountancy partners, driving referrals, and scaling the regional operation. You’ll be supported by administration and paraplanning, while remaining independent in your advice.

Qualifications

• Three years’ post-CAS advice experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in financial planning.
• Chartered status or progress towards it.
• Commercially ambitious and self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with accountancy partners and lead sources.
• Follow opportunities through and create momentum rather than waiting for referrals.
• Spend time meeting clients and developing relationships to grow the business.
• Support regional expansion and strengthen the client base in Peterborough and Northampton.
