Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking an experienced Administrator to take ownership of administration around a Financial Planner's clients, cases, reviews and applications.

You will know your adviser, their clients, and exactly where everything is, avoiding delays and misfiles. The role offers office-based work with potential hybrid arrangements for the right candidate, and involves direct client/provider contact.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in an IFA or financial planning business.
• Solid understanding of pensions, investments and protection.
• Organised, confident dealing with clients and providers, takes ownership.

Responsibilities

• Arrange client reviews and prepare review packs.
• Submit applications and obtain illustrations.
• Chase providers and update the back-office system.
• Maintain direct contact with clients and advisers, ensuring nothing is forgotten or delayed.
