VM Talent Solutions is assisting an automotive technology business in recruiting a Self-Employed Business Development Partner to grow its customer base across Cambridgeshire. The role focuses on visiting independent dealerships, demo-ing the platform, and converting conversations into paying customers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a self-employed, commission-only arrangement and able to travel across Cambridgeshire.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
• Self-employed, commission-only arrangement understanding.
• Must be able to travel across Cambridgeshire.
• Ability to build relationships with dealerships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and approach independent motor dealers across Cambridgeshire.
• Visit dealerships and demonstrate the platform.
• Follow up enquiries and sales opportunities.
• Develop local network, including via vehicle auctions.
• Manage diary, pipeline and customer relationships.
