Job summary

Your World Healthcare UK is seeking a locum physiotherapist to work within community paediatrics, providing assessments and treatments in outpatient settings. The role requires valid HCPC registration and access to a car for travel between clinics and schools.

Ideal candidates have NHS community paediatrics experience, are ready to start within 1–2 weeks, and can commit for at least 3 months. The position offers hourly pay with market-leading support and travel assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience with children and young people with varied conditions.
• Physiotherapy degree and full HCPC registration.
• Own car for work purposes.

Job description

Please note that due to the community nature of the role, you will be required to be a car driver and owner. The hourly pay rate for this role is £25 - £26.78 P/H all inclusive.

To be successful in this role, you would ideally meet the below requirements:

• Have a minimum of 12 months of NHS experience, ideally in the Community Paediatric setting (outpatient clinics, mainstream schools)
• Have expertise of working with children and young people with a range of conditions, i.e. torticollis, talipes, Erb's palsy, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, neuromuscular, hypermobility etc.
• Hold Physiotherapy degree (MSc or BSc) and full HCPC registration
• Have access to own car for work purposes
• Be available to commence the role within 1-2 weeks and happy to commit to a minimum of 3 months
