Network Certification Body (NCB) seeks an experienced Board Chair to lead governance and ensure effective decision-making, operating at the heart of the UK rail industry. The Chair will work with the Managing Director to set strategic direction while maintaining independence, integrity and impartiality in accredited assurance and certification services.

The role requires senior board-level leadership in regulated environments, with a strong commitment to risk oversight and stakeholder

Qualificações

• Board-level leadership with governance experience.
• Ability to lead strategic discussion and challenge.
• Knowledge of risk management and assurance frameworks.
• Experience in regulated or safety-critical sectors is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder relationships with executives, shareholders and regulators.
