Locum Ready is seeking a Locum Advanced Clinical Practitioner to work in a GP practice in Coventry. The role offers structured, well-supported sessions for an autonomous ACP thriving in primary care with clear workflows and steady patient demand.

You will work alongside GPs, Nurses and clinical staff to provide assessments, deliver safe clinical decisions and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes in a mix of urgent care, routine appointments and triage.

Formación

• Clinical reasoning and patient communication are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinic.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency settings is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Managing same-day and routine ACP appointments.
• Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of presentations.
• Supporting on-the-day demand through telephone triage.
• Prescribing independently where qualified.
• Actioning results, referrals and follow-up tasks.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records.
