Agincare in Morton is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live happier, more independent lives in their community. You will assist with daily routines, personal care, and meaningful activities, including outings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Responsibilities

• Provide everyday support to individuals with learning disabilities.
• Help with personal care and daily routines.
• Support outings, holidays and community activities.
• Ensure care is person-centred and safe.
