Agincare Havant is hiring a Support Worker to help people live more independent and fulfilling lives at home. You will listen, build trust, and tailor activities to each person’s interests, from beach walks to days out, while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

You’ll be part of a values-led team with full training funded up to QCF Level 5 and ongoing development. A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required, with rewards including a refer-a-friend bonus and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care or similar setting.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
