Job summary

Geovation, part of Ordnance Survey, seeks an Incubator Manager in London to lead startup recruitment, selection and bespoke support delivery for the Geovation incubator. You will work with the Incubator Lead, technical teams, ecosystem partners and OS experts to shape programmes that help startups turn ideas into viable businesses.

You will cultivate relationships with founders, navigate senior stakeholder priorities and help drive strategic partnerships across Geovation and OS.

Qualifications

• Experience creating bespoke development programmes for startups.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, coaching and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Scout for startups to invite to apply to the programme and manage recruitment and due diligence.
• Design bespoke startup-specific support and ensure alignment with team strategy.
• Lead non-technical support with Ecosystem team, alumni, OS employees and third parties.
• Build relationships with founders and key stakeholders across Geovation, OS and external partners.
