Job summary

Geovation, part of Ordnance Survey, seeks an Incubator Manager to lead startup recruitment, design bespoke support, and nurture relationships with founders and partners in a dynamic hub environment.

You will collaborate with the Incubator Lead and technical teams to deliver non-technical programmes, foster strategic partnerships, and help shape the direction of the Geovation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience designing bespoke development programmes based on needs.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to connect diverse information into clear priorities and actions.
• Experience scouting for startups based on briefs and matching them to programmes.

Responsibilities

• Scout startups to invite to apply to the programme and manage intake logistics.
• Serve as main contact for startups in the programme and tailor support with Incubator Lead.
• Lead the design and delivery of non-technical support with ecosystem partners.
• Advocate for location data and its impact on markets and OS data.
• Build cross-team connections across Geovation, OS and external partners.
• Support a vibrant Geovation Hub and contribute to events and safety responsibilities.
