Job summary

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Income Officer for a Bristol-based housing association. The role involves managing rent accounts, maximising income, and supporting tenants to sustain tenancies in a hybrid working environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in rent arrears recovery and tenancy management, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to handle a varied caseload. Prior social housing experience is desirable.

Income Officer

Bristol (Hybrid Working) Up to £40,000 per annum

RSR are currently recruiting for an experienced Income Officer on behalf of a respected Housing Association based in Bristol.

This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with a strong background in income collection, arrears management, and tenant engagement to join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.

Key Responsibilities
