Didcot Girls’ School is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join its Learning Support Team. The role involves supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities to access the curriculum, both individually and in small groups.

The successful applicant will work well in a team and be able to prioritise and work flexibly with colleagues to support students. The post is term-time only, 8:35am to 3:20pm, three days per week (Wednesday to Friday).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEN or disabilities.
• Able to work well in a team and with colleagues to support students.
• Good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support students with SEN to access the curriculum individually and in small groups.
