Job summary

All Saints Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team. You will support pupils with a range of learning activities, including phonics and numeracy, and assist across the classroom to ensure an inclusive environment.

The role includes a 30-hour week plus 2.5 hours for lunchtime supervision, with flexible/part-time options. GCSEs in Maths and English are required, with Level 3 qualifications encouraged and supported by the school.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent.
• Level 3 qualifications are highly desired and supported by development opportunities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support a high‑quality inclusive learning environment in the classroom.
• Assist pupils with learning activities, interventions and phonics work.
• Provide general classroom support and supervision, including lunchtime duties.
• Work with SEN needs and across age groups as required.
