Kingsway Park High School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs and help them access learning. You will work alongside teachers and the SEND team to nurture confidence and potential, in an inclusive community.

We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants or those transferring from youth work, care, mentoring or related roles, and offer high-quality training and development opportunities within Altus Education Partnership.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above.
• Experience supporting young people with additional needs is desirable.
• Ability to work with families and colleagues.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Responsabilités

• Support students with learning and access to lessons.
• Work with SEND team to implement tailored strategies.
• Promote inclusive practices and positive behaviour.
• Record progress and communicate with staff.
