KINGSWAY PARK HIGH invites applications for a Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive school community. You will work alongside teachers and our SEND team to help students access learning, develop confidence and reach their potential.

We welcome applicants from experienced Teaching Assistants or those with transferable skills from youth work, care or mentoring. This role supports safeguarding and student wellbeing within Altus Education Partnership.

Competenze

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above or equivalent.
• Experience of working with young people is desirable.
• Able to build positive relationships with students, families and colleagues.
• Committed to safeguarding and student wellbeing.

Mansioni

• Support students with a range of needs to access learning and develop confidence.
