Leisure Solutions Community Trust is seeking an Inclusive Sport & Disability Coordinator at Stoke Mandeville Stadium to create opportunities for disabled participants to enjoy sport in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
You’ll deliver SEND Boccia, Visual Impairment Boccia and Children’s Wheelchair Basketball, adapt coaching to diverse needs, and build partnerships with schools and community groups to open pathways into regular activity.

Salary: £10.85 to £12.71 per hour plus excellent benefits
Schedule: Permanent, Part-time, 5 hours per week, Wednesday 1pm to 6pm

As Inclusive Sport & Disability Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating opportunities for disabled children, young people and adults to access sport and physical activity in an inclusive and welcoming environment. Supporting programmes such as SEND Boccia, Visual Impairment Boccia and Children's Wheelchair Basketball, you'll help remove barriers to participation, build confidence and create sustainable pathways into sport. Your work has purpose, delivering a positive impact on communities while supporting the legacy and values of inclusive sport.
An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. This includes spent and unspent convictions, cautions, and any relevant information held by local police, in accordance with the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and safeguarding requirements. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire to allow us to provide any support needed for you to succeed in the role.
