Job summary

Woodlands Park Primary School in Dawlish is seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver high-quality inclusive teaching within the HorizonLearning Hub, supporting students with a range of needs to access the mainstream curriculum.

You will plan and adapt lessons, inspire curiosity, work with colleagues, families and external professionals, and contribute to creating a positive learning environment where every student can thrive and achieve.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tailored teaching to students with special educational needs and disabilities.
• Ability to plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and ensure access to a broad curriculum.
• Collaborative mindset, engaging with staff, families and external professionals.
• Commitment to safeguarding and creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities
