Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with primary/secondary teaching experience.
- Experience working with SEN students and a deep understanding of their unique requirements.
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a vision for the school.
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Adapt and enhance the curriculum for diverse needs.
- Champion emotional wellbeing and SEN advocacy.
- Support and mentor staff for professional growth.
- Build relationships with the community and external partners.
