Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educational leadership: develop and implement a vision aligned with Polaris Community ethos.
• Safeguarding: lead safeguarding and implement robust policies and procedures.
• Curriculum enhancement: tailor curriculum to diverse needs and ensure engaging learning.
• Pastoral care and SEN advocacy: support emotional wellbeing and EHCP objectives.
• Staff development: mentor staff and promote collaborative practice.
• Community engagement: build relationships with parents and external partners.
