The Regis School in Bognor Regis is inviting applications for an Inclusive Practice and Neurodiversity Specialist. This role focuses on developing strategic and operational approaches to support neurodivergent students, including autism and ADHD profiles, to access an ambitious curriculum and achieve positive outcomes.

You will work with ASC/ADHD Specialists and Inclusion leadership to drive improvements in classroom practice, intervention programmes and school-wide systems, with a competitive

Inclusive Practice and Neurodiversity Specialist

Competitive UL salary scale between £46,544 and £56,544 FTE (pay award pending)

1 day per week, fixed-term

We are seeking an outstanding specialist to work strategically and operationally alongside the ASC/ADHD Specialists and the Second in Charge of Inclusion to develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality provision for neurodivergent students across the school.

You will lead and support improvements to universal classroom practice, targeted intervention programmes, and wider inclusive systems to ensure that students with autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles can access an ambitious curriculum, develop independence, and achieve positive outcomes.
