Job summary

The Regis School is seeking an Inclusive Practice and Neurodiversity Specialist to drive strategic and operational initiatives for neurodivergent students.

Based at a comprehensive 11-18 school in Bognor Regis with over 1600 students, the role focuses on developing inclusive provision, universal classroom improvements, and targeted interventions to enable autism/ADHD students to access a challenging curriculum and achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Specialist to work strategically and operationally with inclusion staff.

We are seeking an outstanding specialist to work strategically and operationally alongside the ASC/ADHD Specialists and the Second in Charge of Inclusion to develop, implement, and evaluate high-quality provision for neurodivergent students across the school.
