Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a full-time role in March, Cambridgeshire. The position starts September 2026 and offers weekly pay between £465 and £550 through the PAYE system.

You will work in a large primary school supporting students with additional needs and helping them access an inclusive learning environment. Key duties include 1:1 student support, adapting teaching approaches, and assisting with resources and lesson materials.

Qualifications

• 1:1 student support in the classroom
• Inclusive teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Experience in SEND environment is beneficial
• DBS check and references required

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised support to students with additional needs
• Adapt approaches to meet individual learning needs and create an inclusive environment
• Collaborate with the class teacher on general tasks, resource preparation, and tailoring learning materials
• Support students and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere
